No Long-Term Contract or Deposit Required
Our standard rental is for 3 months. Your credit card is automatically charged every three months until you decide to return the instrument. You can upgrade your instrument or change sizes at any time. No need to wait until the end of your contract. No deposits or long-term commitments are required. If you choose to rent and pay for the entire year upfront, you save 15%.
Quality Matters
Our recommended instruments are entirely hand-crafted with select spruce tops, maple backs and ebony chin rests and pegs, the same way violins and cellos were made 300 years ago by the Italian masters.

Start out renting a standard instrument and if you decide to buy your instrument we will apply 100% of your first six months rent towards your purchase.
INSURANCE
Most parents want insurance in case their child accidently damages their instrument. We offer comprehensive insurance starting at $8.95/mo.

DELIVERY FOR A FEE TO BROOKLYN, QUEENS, AND THE BRONX AND THROUGHOUT THE TRI-STATE AREA
Delivery to Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx costs 50 dollars, and delivery throughout the Tri-State Area costs 60 dollars.
SHORT-TERM CONCERT AND STUDIO RENTALS
Are you or your child traveling to New York to perform in a competition, concert hall, or studio session? Are you visiting New York on vacation and need a cello, violin, or viola short-term? Are you a music studio, actor, or film producer who needs an instrument for a recording session or film/theater production? We've got you covered. We frequently rent cellos, violas, and violins to traveling students and orchestras (e.g. violin and cello students performing at the VIVO competition, the Kazakhstan Orchestra for their performance at Carnegie Hall, and the New York Arabic Orchestra for their studio recording of the soundtrack of a new video game). SCHOOL DISCOUNTS
Ask about our discounts for students in school music programs, including the Lucy Moses School, School for Strings, and public or private stringed instrument or orchestra programs. If you run a school program and provide instruments to students directly, contact us regarding discount rates for multiple instruments.
